The Kawasaki SXR1500 Stock cooling system will quickly become inadequate in high performance applications where higher compression pistons, and camshaft kits with aggressively timed ECU packages are installed and used. This cooling kit uses a billet multi-port extra cooling block, that replaces the OEM cooling block mounted to the pump. It allows additional lines to be added. As is, This kit adds an addition line direct to the engine which will greatly reduce engine temps, it also redirects water flow through the oil cooler, for cooler oil temps. This kit also reduces the amount of water going into the exhaust (Drying the exh and water box out) which adds throttle response, and will help maintain higher top speed averages by getting rid of engine heat fade.
