The air density gauge assists the tuner by constantly monitoring for changes in altitude, temperature and humidity. Once the engine has been properly jetted, with a simple glance at the gauge, the tuner can easily determine if the jetting needs to be adjusted due to atmospheric changes to maintain optimum fuel to air ratio.
