Cylinder Sleeves

We have pre-ported sleeves to convert your Yamaha 650/701 into a 701cc big bore or go all out for a 754cc stump puller!

Our Superstock sleeves are ported to full-race specifications and accept either OEM or flat-top pistons.

Crankcase modification is necessary.

#1820 Yamaha Big bore sleeve

This is our updated sleeve for Yamaha freeride & racing applications. The cylinder porting has been updated, and you simply have to install the sleeve, match port & deck the cylinder. This removes the "guesswork" from porting configuration, and gives you a good baseline.

The sleeve will accept any 83mm -87mm conventional or flattop Yamaha style piston.
