To Order:
Place your order by mail, email, phone or fax. Order
should include a complete description, method of payment,
plus item size and color if applicable. In the event of
a problem or question with your order, a phone number where
we can reach you during normal business hours is also extremely
important. There is a $10.00 minimum order.
Watcon Business
Hours:
Our office is open to serve your needs every Monday through
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time (holidays
excluded). We often work longer than the hours we publish
and sometimes we might step out to run an errand during
the day. Please feel free to call at any time and if you
are transferred to our voice-mail system, please leave a
message so that we can return your call as soon as possible.
International Orders:
We prefer a wire transfer deposit directly to our account.
After you submit an order, we will give you a total, including
shipping, in the form of a Pro-Forma Invoice, then we will
send you instructions on wire transferring your payment. Alternatively,
we will accept payment by credit card. We require a photocopy
of the credit card (with readable numbers) and also of a driver's
license (photo identification card). The driver's license
and credit card must have the same name. The product must
be shipped to the billing address of the card or another address
that the credit card company will authorize. A signed letter
must be faxed with the credit card authorizing the charge
to be made to the credit card. In some cases a copy of a recent
credit card statement may be needed to authenticate the credit
card information. We know this may be cumbersome but it is
only for your and our protection against credit card fraud.

Method
of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
or certified funds in advance. Personal checks are not accepted.
COD will incur additional charges. UPS no longer accepts cash
for CODs, they will accept Cashier's Check, Money Order or
an Official Bank Check. No CODs on International orders (please
see our International policies above). There will be a $20.00
charge for returned checks.
Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via
regular UPS ground service. If you are in a rush, we will
gladly ship your order via UPS guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd
day service. Items shipped UPS ground to a business address
are also guaranteed. Items too large or heavy to be shipped
via UPS will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with
shipping charges to be collected at delivery.
Returns:
Any normally stocked product may be returned, freight
pre-paid, within 30 days and is subject to a 20% restocking
charge. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day grace
period. All returned goods and packaging must be unused and
in re-saleable condition. No returns on electrical goods or
special order items. Shipping is not refundable. All returns
require an RMA number; please call for instructions.
Warranty:
Watcon guarantees our products
to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials. Liability
is limited to repair or replacement of a defective part. No
warranty of any kind, express or implied, is made
respecting the products sold. Because racing is a risky sport,
the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting
from the use of said products.
Custom/Special Orders:
We require a minimum 50% deposit on any custom or special
order. This is non-refundable.
Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check
with us before placing an order to confirm all prices.
Privacy Policy:
Our policy is to keep your personal information private.
We do not sell our mailing list and we do not give your information
to anyone, period.
